Time for the new fall season

What will Dave be watching?

Well I've already started with the Shield. It's simply put the best hour on television. There's no show on TV that makes you feel so sick at your stomach knowing that the worst will happen to Vic Mackey. This is the last season of the Shield (supposedly) and I'm sad to see it go. This has been my favorite show for a long time

Grey's Anatomy
Call me whatever you'd like, but I love Grey's, and from the ratings numbers, it appears there are a large number of men in the US who agree with men. What's not to like about Grey's? From the looks of the promos, it looks as if MerDer (Meredith and Derek for you virgins) are in trouble again. I'll be watching again this year.

Private Practice
I'm not completely sold on this series yet, but I do love me some Kate Walsh. I hope it gets better this year.

Dirty Sexy Money
This show was really hurt by the strike last year and was very good. I loved Donald Sutherland in Commander in Chief, so that made this series an easy watch. Who knows what will happen with the Darlings? Stay tuned to find out.

Heroes
I'll be watching, but was really disappointed in last year's series. They need to get their loyal viewers back with a good hook in the first few episodes, otherwise this one will be deleted from my DVR.

Life on Mars
I've watched a bit of the BBC series and as you know from reading this blog, nothing that US television ever does tops the BBC version of anything (Coupling, The Office, etc). I do like Jason Marsh and Harvey Keitel so I'll see if it's any good.

I gave up on How I Met your Mother for this season. It just wasn't good last season.
