Gruden the next coach of the Vols?

Apparently Jon Gruden is in town right now (his wife was a UT cheerleader and homecoming is this weekend).  Woody Paige said yesterday on Around the Horn that Gruden was the #1 man for the job.  Get it done Mike Hamilton.  I think Gruden is the best candidate for the job (even better than Davis, Leach, and others) thanks to his personality and coaching style.  Plus he has a nice big super bowl ring to flash to recruits.
