There's no short supply of word games on the App Store, so why should you buy Word Fu? In a word, it changes the word game genre for the better with unique controls, unique powerups, and the excellent use of the acceleromotor. You start out with a few tiles and if you aren't happy with the tiles you've gotten, shake the IPhone or Touch and completely change the tiles. If you aren't happy with just one tile, then just flick it and it changes to a new letter. You can use each letter more than once which greatly adds to both the scoring and variety of words that can be formed. You can even upload your scores to both facebook and twitter (although I haven't yet due to my poor skills at the game. The game is on sale for $.99 right now, so act quickly. If you're a fan of word games, then Word Fu is a definite buy.
