I think I'm on the last mission in Gears of War 2. I hope to get it beat tomorrow and send it back to Gamefly. I've been impressed with the game thus far, but it is nowhere near as inventive and fun as the first one. I'm not a big fan of all the driving missions and flying missions. It seems there is less and less enemy contact and more filler. I also have Fable II here so if anyone would like to donate some gold to ole Dave, it would be much appreciated. I'd like to have both of them finished by the weekend since there's so many games coming out in the next month that are "must haves". I'm picking up FEAR 2 this week at some point and then Killzone is soon as well as The Show, and HAWX. I see that we're getting a demo for HAWX. I just hope it plays like Blazing Angels. I loved those games. I'm still trying to get thru Resistance 2 as well as the Godfather. I not only have a backlog of games, I have a backlogs of games.

No problem. Thinking about picking up the Blazing Angels games. I had the 1st one for awhile but thought it was very repetitive with just wave after wave of enemy planes. We'll see. I did just order Heroes Of The Pacific for the PS2 so I can play it on my PS3. I have the old XBOX version but it is not backward compatible and I didn't feel like dragging the old XBOX out.
I really enjoyed playing Co-op in BA 2, and don't forget that there's a new Heroes game coming out later this year. I think it's called Heroes over Europe. The thing about BA is that I love the control scheme. It's just so easy to jump in a game and instantly be decent.
Yeah, I hear you about the controls. If Heroes Of The Pacific looks okay on my big TV on the PS3, I think I am going to go ahead and order the PS2 version of Secret Weapons Of The Luftwaffe. I loved that one on Xbox as well.
Heroes Over Europe has been delayed, but no one knows for how long. Bummer!
