"I was in New York before Starbuck" Tracy Jordan.
Jack deals with his relationship with Elisa and the two of the coin the term "JaLisa". and Tracy Jordan goes on Larry King and discusses the Asian Stock Market's collapse. Liz and Kenneth go on a quest to Queens to buy Liz's Cellphone back from a cabbie. Overall a fantastic episode and Tracy Morgan was fantastic just saying crazy stuff on Larry King. Jack proposes to Elisa and later loses her and Kenneth is the "safest place" in 30 Rock. This show just continues to get better and better every week and I hope this isn't the last time we see Salma Hayek on 30 Rock. She's been fantastic in the role of Elisa.
