I hadn't found an app yet that would do it, but I finally have. It's My Football. It's priced at a very reasonable $1.99 and is a steal for what it contains and what it does.

My Football allows you to look at an amazing amount of football leagues and an amazing amount of data from around the world. Want to know who's at the top of the table in the Premier League? My Football has it. Want to know who has the most red cards in the Premier League? My Football has it. It also has history for many of the major leagues around the world. There are literally hundreds of leagues as well as EURO and World Cup matches and standings as well. You can also set favorites up for each of your times. My Football also allows your to add your favorite squads from around the world.

Bottom Line
My Football is hands down the best app for covering footy on the App Store. The amount of data and statistics that are supplied with the program is amazing and I feel a bit guilty getting all this for a one time fee of $1.99. This is one of the best apps on the App store and well worth the money.
