Good riddance you crooked motherfucker. Knoxville is a better place since you're gone out of office. This motherfucker was the main reason for the sunshine trial and has been corrupt since he's been in office. It's always good when a member of the bullshit machine known as politics is kicked out of office. Congrats to Herb Moncier. I fucking love that guy. He's been fighting corruption in Knoxville politics for years and it's good to see one go his way. Congrats Herb and good riddance Scott. Can you take that fat fuck Lumpy with you?
