I'm still upset over the UT-UCLA game. The offense was a bit stagnant, but I felt the defense was just completely worn down from being on the field so much. It doesn't help. Here's how I feel the rest of UT's season will go.
UCLA Loss
Sept. 13 UAB Win
Sept. 20 Florida Loss
Sept. 27 Auburn* Loss
Oct. 4 Northern Illinois Win
Oct. 11 Georgia Loss
Oct. 18 Mississippi State Win
Oct. 25 Alabama Loss
Nov. 1 South Carolina* Win
Nov. 8 Wyoming (HC) Win
Nov. 22 Vanderbilt* Win
Nov. 29 Kentucky* Win
7-5 which is unacceptable to me and should be unacceptable to every Vols fan in the country. Who knows what will happen at the end of the season, but I know what should happen. I think Spurrier will lose his job at South Carolina as well.
The Titans defense looked good in the preseason, but I'm afraid that Vince Young is falling into the same situation that Vick was in. No receivers to throw the ball to short of Alge Crumpler. I find it a bit Ironic that Alge is now a Titan, considering he was a Falcon before. I don't think the Titans will have a good year and probably won't make the playoffs in a tough AFC Central.
I got Head Coach yesterday and I think I like it better than Madden or NCAA. The game is one of the most in depth football sims not named Football Mogul that I've ever played. Such a great game and alot of fun.
I played the demo for both NHL09 and NHL2k9 and 09 wins hands down. EA has done so much with the NHL series and I can't wait to have it in my hands on Tuesday. EA Canada is the best studio at EA and should be recognized as such.
Well that's it for now. More later today I'm sure

How much longer will the Vols let Fulmer hang around if they end up going 7-5? Didn't he just sign a contract extension? What seems to be the problem there? Is it recruiting?
He'll be here till he's practically run out of town (which I'd guess won't happen for at least a few more years). The problem is talent. They're not chasing talent that fits UT. He's had several down years in a row.
