My EA Rock Band Horror Story

Another post about good ole EA. I sent the guitar out 4 weeks ago yesterday, yep four weeks ago and still haven't received a replacement or an email letting me know what the heck is going on. As much as I've ragged on Microsoft, I've never had to wait four weeks for a replacement console, and I never had to wait four weeks for a replacement Zune. Great game, but as per usual, your customer support sucks EA. How bout giving me an update EA instead of counting your Christmas Cash? It's a good thing that the Guitar Hero guitar works for the 360 version of rock band, otherwise it would just be sitting here collecting dust. I'm so mad right now. The 30 day joke of a warranty is almost gone.
