IGN Game Review App

Being a gamer on a limited budget, you learn to glean reviews to narrow down your choices. There are games that I've not been excited about at all that got a great review and made them instant purchases or rentals. This is one of the better apps on the App Store and is free to boot. The IGN app allows the user to view reviews for every gaming system (including the IPhone) and even view video reviews for some. There's also a search function which is very expansive and includes lots of older games as well. The downside to the app is that the video reviews are rarely up on the day of release (like IGN.com) if at all. I'd love to see an Insider login to be able to get even more video reviews. This app has been a godsend since Andrew got a Wii, because we can check scores right in our local gaming store to determine whether the game is worth a buy or even a rental. Great app
