Congress passes bill on commercial loudness?

You simply must be shitting me.  We're worried about how loud commercials are when unemployment benefits, gays in the military, and other issues are hanging in the balance?  This is the most out of touch congress in history.  I'm in shock and cannot believe that time was even wasted on this bill.  I'm used to huge loads of horse shit from Washington, but this one weights more than all of them.  Thanks for using taxpayer money to waste our time yet again.
