Well I'm still playing Modern Warfare 2 online and leveling up. I think I'm up to level 33 right now and enjoying every second of it. This is the perfect online experience with more than enough options to keep you hooked permenantly. When I bought MW2, I thought I'd just play a bit online and then trade it in towards something else, but I'm hooked and plan on playing it quite a bit longer. I haven't played this much multiplayer since Halo 2 and never enjoyed it the way I'm enjoying this one. Pretty much a perfect experience. I enjoy being able to sit down for ten minutes or so at a time and play a round or two and walk away from it to do something else. I'm not going to get burned out on it like I did Halo 2.
I went last night and rented Darksiders thanks to Jim's excellent synopsis over at Memory Almost Full. I haven't put it in yet (thanks to having to be to work at 5am) but I hope to be able to pop it in at some point before the rental is up and post some impressions.
I didn't like the demo of Bayonetta, so I'll be skipping it. I might rent it after a few favorable impressions, but for now, I'll sit tight on it.
