I'd be remiss if I didn't post a bit about Tiger Woods, and I'd be even more remiss if he wasn't the "Asshat of the Moment". Cheaters to me are the scum of the Earth. If you're unhappy enough to cheat, then leave the relationship for goodness sakes. I've also never understood the commitment problem some folks have either, but that's another subject for another time. I detest cheaters.
Tiger cheated on his wife and he instantly went way down in my eyes. I've never been one to put folks up on a pedestal, but Tiger was a hero to many I'm sure. Those same people are now talking about how "people make mistakes" and "Tiger is committed to his wife" and all sorts of other BS that his supporters spew. Sure, lots of famous folks have cheated, and sure lots of regular folks cheat every single day. There are even websites setup now that "guarantee you an affair to remember". When did cheating become ok in this country? I'm no moral prude, but some of the same folks who are arguing about the "sanctity of marriage" when it comes to allowing Gays and Lesbians to marry are the same folks who are cheating on their spouses. I'm glad Tiger got caught and I'm glad he got exposed as an adulterer. If his wife were smart, she'd take his ass to the cleaners. I think too many people in this country put up with cheating. More people need to take a stand.
Congrats to Tiger on getting the Asshat of the moment award.
