Think your life is as bad as it could be? Nope, you could work on the set of Grey's Anatomy as an actor. Grey's Anatomy truly puts the "drama" into "dramatic series". Grey's Anatomy has more problems than a college level Trigonometry book. Here's a quick refresher.
Isiah Washington (aka Preston Burke) leaves amid a flurry of controversy over on set antics and calling TR Knight a name which you'll never see on this blog.
Brooke Smith (aka Dr. Hahn) leaves with little to no explanation from Shonda Rimes or anyone else.
Katherine Heigl takes herself out of Emmy nomination last year due to "a poor storyline" and her status on the show is in limbo right now.
TR Knight wasn't happy with his storylines so he asked out of his contract. His wish was granted today.
How could this show have this many problems and how can it not point to the woman right at the top of the food chain aka Shonda Rimes? Just look back at a few of the interviews Shonda has done for various publications. She comes off as secretive and seems annoyed that fans were unhappy with the first part of this season. Shonda was very quick to write off fans who didn't like the whole "Denny as a ghost or hallucination" storyline. I'd imagine she's pretty miserable to work for otherwise, so many actors wouldn't have left the show.
Hey, I may not have the most money in the world, I may not have the best job in the world, but at least I'm not working on that set. Thank God for that.
