The Unit-End Game

If this is in fact the last two episodes ever of the Unit, then they're definitely going out with a bang.  The rumor going around on the internet was that in the last episodes, we'd see one Unit Operator get married and another marriage falling apart.  I always figured it would be Mac and Tiffy, not Jonas and Molly.  One cannot blame Molly for leaving though after all the hell she was put through.  Short of the two episodes where Tom Ryan helped rescue Jonas's daughter, I've never liked the character and I like him even less now after all the hell he's put the Unit operators, their wives, and Red Cap through. I cannot believe he and Whiplash set everything up just to get the terrorists to trust him.  Tom Ryan is the scum of the earth and has no business leading the Unit anymore.  Jonas had the line of the night in telling Ryan that the Unit was basically done or something along those lines. It appears that next week's episode will be excellent as well.  I'd love to see the episode end with Colonel Ryan being re-assigned and Jonas taking over the Unit.  I think that would be a fitting end to the series.  If next week's episode is the last Unit, then it's been a great run and I've loved every second of the show.  I just wish CBS (and other networks for that matter) would let each of their shows they cancel shoot one final episode to wrap things up and give fans closure.
