According to the link above, TR Knight isn't returning and the character of George O'Malley is dead. I'm not really surprised to read this and I'm not surprised to see that TR and Shonda Rimes didn't get along. She's come off as an egotistical control freak in every singe interview I've read, heard and watched. I'd guess that Heigl won't be back either.
