Here's my best guess and we'll see if I'm right. Tony and Jack get brutal. Tony gets away thanks to a seizure for Jack. Tony takes Kim Hostage. Jack rescues Kim and has the Stem Cell stuff done in the finale. I'm also wondering if Kim will die as a result of the procedure. If that happens, Jack will have truly lost everything he cares about and Season 8 will be a rage filled affair.
