Wednesday Odds and Ends (gaming, sports, etc)

I picked up Everything or Nothing and From Russia with Love for the PS2 last night and jumped right into From Russia with Love.  I'm not quite sure how I missed out on this game before being such a Bond fan, but I did.  I did four missions I think and each one was a lot of fun, plus there's loads of good unlockables.  I just wish it was Widescreen.  Sean Connery provided his voice for the game and did a great job.  From Russia with Love is my third favorite Bond Film (behind OHMSS and Goldfinger) and it stays true to the story, plus it has jetpacks which make it a must buy.  Backwards compatibility is one of the best things about the PS3.  I love being able to pick up Playstation 2 era games that I never tried and play them all on one system.

From an article in the Tennessean this morning, the Titans will not take a DT in the first round of the draft.  I'm no Mel Kiper Jr. Jr (that would be the 3rd wouldn't it?), but I feel their first move should be for a WR.  We need strength at that position and I'd love to see them get anyone besides Percy Harvin.  Harvin is a trouble maker and I'm afraid it would be Pac Man Jones Part Deux.  I hope the Titans stay far far away from Percy.

Well that's all for now, have a good one folks and as always thanks for reading.  More later in the day if it's warranted.

digg me!!
