After Tomb Raider Underworld only sold 1.5 million copies, Eidos has informed the team at Crystal Dynamics that their services are no longer required for Lara's adventures. This saddens me quite a bit since I loved Legend, Underworld, and Anniversary. I finished up Legend and Anniversary but haven't finished up Underworld yet. Crystal Dynamics rejuvenated the Tomb Raider Franchise at least in my eyes and I'm saddened to see them go. I think Eidos just wanted a game a year and that was more than CD could do. I hope CD moves on to do great things.
